Keeping fit and healthy

Some people prefers running on treadmills, others prefer running in sports games to keep fit. Some takes short cut by taking weight loss pills. I prefer games..

I wasn't born an athletic boy. Flat footed, easy to fall sick, and short attention span. That was until I found basketball. Seeing Lakers' Showtime with Magic, Kareem, James Worthy and the gang with their fascinating plays brought my interest to the game. The adrenaline rush brought by excelling in the various aspect of the game, from scoring, making assist, rebounding, shot blocking etc somehow managed to keep my interest to the game high. Up to this time, some quarter century later..

I make it a point to dedicate time to exercise regularly, no matter how demanding other things are. I still play basketball as my primary exercise (go to google and look up for Bobby Prajitno profile to see my most recent participation in semi-competitive environment). BUT, for some reason, lately obstacles after obstacles seem to be keeping me out of my exercise and staying healthy! Shall I resort to putting treadmill at home? Or even taking those weight loss pills? We'll see..
